Coaching and teaching
Understanding our educational approach
We believe that any learning in relation to quality improvement needs to bring together theory and practice. Our unique approach combines practical experience of applying Lean Production Methods and a deep theoretical understanding of the toolbox of techniques that can be applied to a wide range of health and social care contexts. We believe that we can use those skills to help others on their learning journey as we partner together in a coaching and mentoring relationship.
We deliver postgraduate training to help you develop an understanding of the theory and help you put this into practice. If you are interested check out the modules that are on the University of the Highlands and Islands website
We are currently developing further courses, which will be accredited at Level 11, that is, at postgraduate level which we hope to have available shortly.
Continuing Professional Development
We offer bespoke CPD training for every level, from early application of Plan, Do, Study, Act cycles to larger Rapid Process Improvement Workshops. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested and we will work out something that suits you.
We run a range of study tours for individual and groups, which provide exposure to a range of quality improvement projects and service developments. These are designed as experiential learning and are tailored to your particular interests. Please get in touch with us for more details.
